1. Agreement
By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Store eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
3. Products and availability
MARE produces limited runs. Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, delivery information is invalid, or misuse is suspected.
We aim to display colours and details accurately, but screens and handmade print placement can vary. These reasonable variations are not defects.
4. Prices and cash on delivery
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the storefront. Delivery charges are presented before order confirmation. The current checkout supports cash on delivery only, so no card or bank information is collected online. You are responsible for paying the confirmed total when the parcel arrives.
5. Shipping
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address information. Risk in the products transfers as required by applicable consumer law. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Eligible unworn products with original tags may be returned within 30 days. Statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, are not restricted by these Terms. See the Returns Policy before sending an item back.
7. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with store security, submit false orders, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the store in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual property
The MARE name, logos, product photography, editorial content, graphics, store design, and original text are owned by or licensed to MARE. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
9. Third-party services
The store relies on Cloudflare for hosting, storage, content delivery, and security, and on delivery carriers to fulfil orders. Their availability may affect the service. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make MARE responsible for their content.
10. Warranties and liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where liability can be limited, total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount payable for that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without removing any mandatory consumer protection available in your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent Portuguese courts or another forum required by applicable consumer law.
12. Changes and contact
